Shipping and Return Policy

We offer discrete packaging and will not disclose your private data to anyone.
All orders will be packaged and shipped through Canada Post within two business days. If we cannot fulfill your order within two days, we will contact you to make arrangements. If your package is missing, feel free to contact support. Please be ready to provide us your order number and tracking number. Any packages that get returned due to insufficient address or customer error will not receive refunds. The customer must repay the shipping fee in order for us to reship.

We currently have a no refunds and exchanges policy. Cancelations are allowed within one business day. If you feel the need to make any changes to an existing order or to cancel an order, please contact support. In rare situations, we are happy to make exceptions. You just need to contact us. We appreciate your business and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
